At Glittzy we believe in quality over profit. We will never sell you a cheaply made product and guarantee that your order contains premium grade materials. So if you’re wondering what materials we use, know that Glittzy glitters are made from 100% premium polyester. Using these premium materials allows you to see the eye catching difference in our product. As we continue to grow our brand stay tuned for “see it here first” colors, crazy discounts and even a new eco-friendly glitter alternative in the near future.
In addition to promising you premium products we are dedicated to your customer service experience. We strive for competent, complete customer service with each order. Rest assured we will expedite your order as quickly as possible and be there to walk you through any issues that may arise within our control.

First off, thanks again for your order! Over the next three business days your order will be processed, fulfilled and ready to ship. As soon as your package is ready to ship you will receive an email that contains a real-time tracking number for your order. Please double check your spam inbox if three business days have passed and you have not received this information. Sometimes our messages end up there because your computer hasn’t figured out that we’re in this together now! You can anticipate your order arriving within the next 3-5 business days. Please check out our FAQ section, “Processing, Shipping, Refunds and Exchanges” for additional information.
Fun Fact: Our turnaround “record” is currently 2 days for a customer in Atlanta, GA. Their order was processed, fulfilled and shipped within 2 hours (wowza!!), and at their door a day and a half later! We can’t make that guarantee for every order, but we’re always up for a challenge!
Glittzy orders are processed within 1-3 business days (M-F) of placing your order. If ordering during a holiday, flash sale, or planned sales event processing time can be extended.
Verify that your shipping address is correct. We will not be held responsible if you provide us with an incorrect address.
Please add your email address during checkout. Tracking information will be sent to this address when your order is ready to ship. Double check your spam folder before contacting us about missing tracking information.
We cannot accommodate add-ons to your existing orders. Please submit an additional order.
Processing times may increase during holiday seasons.
***Due to COVID-19 all processing times have been extended beyond their regularly allotted times. We are actively working to lower the shipping and delivery time. USPS (our primary shipping partner) is also drastically overloaded and can result in delivery times of up to 7 days.
First Class packages have NO insurance, and will not be replaced if damaged/lost/stolen/undeliverable.
Priority packages are insured through USPS. If there is damage or a missing item(s) pertaining to your order, take multiple pictures of your package and contact your local Post Office.
USPS estimated ship times are in addition to our processing times (remember 1-3 business days) and are unfortunately out of our control.
